Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased online from CrabTek:
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Our company will inspect all returned items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. Our company will also need the original receipt or proof of purchased.
- To start a return, please contact us at service@crabtek.ph. If your return request has been approved, our company will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Our company will refund the shipping charge/s if the return item/s is a result of manufacturing error.
- If Customer’s wants to change the Item, they will be liable for the cost of delivery fee (Customer Service will thoroughly check the product and will notify you if the cause of damage is because of our system or program)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving the product and contact us immediately if the item was defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary procedures. Failure to notify us within 30 days upon receiving the product means the product is in good condition.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our products are non-returnable, except:
- If the product is not working upon receiving it. Please call us within 48 hours, our customer service will check thoroughly if the cause is because of our program or upon the delivery of the purchased product.
- If the cause of the damage is our program then you have two (2) options, you can purchase same product or we will refund the cost of purchased product.
- If the cause of product’s damage is improper handling of delivery, we are responsible to change it into a new and same product. We will also cover the cost of shipping fee
- Requesting to change a purchased product into different item is strictly prohibited.
Products Returned after 30 days (Warranty Period)
If you need to return an item beyond the 30 days return time frame, you can contact our customer service thru service@crabtek.ph, we would be happy to see how we can help.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
What is NOT covered by warranty
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, alteration, tampering, accidents or failure of the user to follow normal operating procedures instructed in the user’s manual;
- Damage caused by spillage of food or liquids or wrong usage of electrical supply & voltage;
- Defects, damage, losses or malfunction as a result of fire, flood or other acts of God also animal infestation;
- Tear, corrosion, rusting or stains;
- Damage resulting from testing, installation, service, or adjustment not approved by CrabTek, including but not limited to installation of unauthorized software and unauthorized root access, both of which shall void this limited warranty;
- Damage and scratches to the externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer’s use;
- General maintenance & routine servicing;
- Claims for damaged or missing parts after 7 days from the date of purchase;
- If any part(s) of the item are replaced with a part(s) not approved by CrabTek management or the item has been repaired by unauthorized CrabTek technician;
- Any equipment which has its serial number removed or tampered;
- Use of products, systems, parts, applications, installation, repairs, external wiring, connectors unauthorized by CrabTek will result in service problems.
